Taxonomische Referenz der im Saarland und in Rheinland-Pfalz sowie der unmittelbaren Grenzregion vorkommenden Farn- und Blütenpflanzen. Die Liste enthält einheimische, eingebürgerte und spontan auftretende unbeständige Arten sowie einige häufig kultivierten Waldbäume. Nicht aufgenommen und erfasst werden Gartenpflanzen, auch wenn sie gelegentlich mit Gartenabfällen außerhalb der Grenzen von Gärten und Parks gefunden werden.

Während der meisten Zeit des Jahres sind nur vertrocknete, schwer bestimmbare Fruchtstängel zu finden, die Zuordnung zu einem Wirtsbaum ist in Mischwäldern schwierig und zudem ist die Bindung an Laub- oder Nadelbäume nicht strikt genug, als dass man die Artdiagnose allein mit den in der Nähe stehenden Baumarten begründen könnte. Hinzu kommen ungelöste taxonomische Probleme. H. monotropa dürfte sich durch die Fichtenforstkulturen ausgebreitet haben und ist in manchen Gebieten, vor allem der Tiefebene, vielleicht nur Neophyt. | | | |||||||||||||||||||||
